Steve Lane is someone all of my fellow association Presidents/CEO’s should know. Steve was a great help to my Board and me this year, designing and facilitating a multi-tiered strategic planning process. As prep work ahead of the strategic planning session, he conducted extensive one-on-one interviews with my Board members, allowing them to give honest and open input in a way that was kept anonymous from other members and from me.
